When We Can Get There

Gateway sits about 16 miles from our shop in Bonita Springs. We don't keep a truck stationed out here, so we schedule the drive rather than promise a walk-up crew. That drive is worth planning around: if you're calling about a spring that let go on a Tuesday morning, tell us up front and we'll route a truck out for that day rather than fitting you in on the way back from somewhere else. We work this stretch alongside the other communities on the same side of the county - Three Oaks, San Carlos Park, Iona, Whiskey Creek - so a Gateway call often rides along with one of those. What we won't do is tell you we're five minutes away when we're not. Sixteen miles is sixteen miles, and being straight about that up front saves everybody a wasted morning.
